• Jelibet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors during live betting
• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited

Official results from the relevant sports body are used to determine outcomes. In the event of any dispute, Jelibet's decision shall be final.

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on Jelibet:

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases; if there is a delay, please contact support
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 8–30 minutes
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum daily limit is ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawal using bonus funds alone, without a deposit, is not permitted

Receiving payments from another person's account or sending funds from your own account to someone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be permanently closed.

Jelibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information at registration or failing to complete identity verification
• Account misuse or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Deliberate abuse of the bonus system
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Selling or transferring your account to another person
• Under the direction of a legal authority

• Disputes regarding betting results must be raised within 7 days of the event
• Financial transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the incident

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Jelibet's licensing authority. Any legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
